We cannot accept returns or exchanges of sale items, including:

  • Black Friday
  • Boxing day 
  • Progressive Sales 
  • Coupon discounts

For customers in Australia:

 

 

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Shipping cost is not refundable 
  • An exchange or return is requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Invoice number is included in the return as proof of purchase. 
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • Faulty products will be exchanged or refunded beyond our 14-day return period provided the original purchase date is within one month of return. In this case the shipping is Intimates The Label cost. To make sure you will be eligible for an exchange or return, we recommend that you try on your new lingerie over clothes or underwear to ensure the perfect fit. If your return does not meet any of our terms, Intimates The Label has the right to not approve your request for an exchange or return. 
  • Gift Cards will not be refunded.

 

Note: Returns for refund are customers' shipping cost.


For customers outside Australia:

 

  • We can offer a store credit or refund on items returned within 7 days after receiving the parcel.
  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping.  
  • We do not accept returns and refunds on sale items.
  • Faulty products will be exchanged or refunded beyond our 7-day return period provided the original purchase date is within one month of return. In this case the shipping is Intimates The Label cost. To make sure you will be eligible for an exchange or return, we recommend that you try on your new lingerie over clothes or underwear to ensure the perfect fit. If your return does not meet any of our terms, Intimates The Label has the right to not approve your request for an exchange or return.

  • We process all International returns within 4 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
  • Customers shopping from outside of Australia are required to pay for their return shipping costs.
  • Store credit is issued via a Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase, valid for 3 years from date of issue.
  • Gift Cards will not be refunded.
